Questions
Cabling
Always. Every run is installed to ANSI/TIA-568, labeled and recorded to TIA-606, and 100% certification-tested with calibrated field testers. You receive the test results plus as-built documentation for the full installation.
Usually both. Fiber is ideal for backbones, between-building links, and long or high-bandwidth runs, while Cat6/Cat6A copper handles connections to desks and devices. We assess your layout and needs, then design the right cabling system.
Yes. We plan installations and cutovers to minimize disruption, including phased work and after-hours scheduling for live environments.
Network & WiFi
Yes. We start with a site survey to measure real-world coverage and interference, then place and configure access points to eliminate dead zones and handle the device density your business actually has.
We segment the network with VLANs and put guests on an isolated, branded captive-portal network that cannot reach your internal systems, voice traffic, or sensitive data.
Yes. 24/7 monitoring with proactive alerts is part of our managed service, so issues are caught and addressed before they reach your users instead of after they have caused an outage.
You get specialized expertise and round-the-clock coverage at a predictable monthly cost, without hiring and retaining a full security team. Given how expensive a single breach or extended outage can be, managed security usually pays for itself.
PBX
It depends on your number of sites, IT resources, control and compliance needs, and budget. Cloud means no on-site hardware and fast scaling; on-premise gives you local control and keeps internal calls working during an internet outage; hybrid blends both. We scope all three and recommend the right fit.
We design for it. Cloud and hybrid systems use secondary-internet or cellular failover and can reroute inbound calls to mobiles or another site. On-premise systems keep internal extension-to-extension calling working locally even while the internet is down.
Yes. Multi-site organizations get a single unified dial plan with short-extension dialing between locations, intercom and overhead paging, and consistent call handling everywhere.
VoIP
Yes. We port your existing numbers to our platform so you keep every number your customers already know. Porting is planned in advance and scheduled to avoid downtime; depending on your current carrier it typically takes one to four weeks.
For most businesses, yes. Internet-based calling removes the cost of traditional lines and on-site PBX hardware, and you only pay for the extensions you use. We will scope your usage and show you the numbers before you commit.
Each concurrent call uses only a small slice of bandwidth, so most business connections handle VoIP comfortably. What matters most is a stable, low-latency connection. As part of scoping we assess your network and recommend any upgrades or quality-of-service settings.
Yes. Softphone apps for desktop and mobile let staff use their business extension from the office, home, or the road, with the same auto-attendants, queues, and voicemail they have at their desk.

Request a quote or call us. We will talk through your locations, current systems, and goals, scope the right solution, and come back with a clear proposal — no published-price guesswork.
Yes. Beyond installation we offer 24/7 monitoring and emergency support, so the systems your business runs on stay up and stay supported long after go-live.

We start on-site — mapping your locations, current systems, and goals — and design the right solution before we ever send a quote.
Our technicians install and configure to manufacturer and industry standards, with clean cabling, labeling, and tidy cable management.
Every installation is tested and certified, and you receive the documentation and as-builts — proof it meets spec before go-live.
After go-live we stay on — 24/7 monitoring and emergency support keep the systems your business runs on up and supported.
