Services
Everything your business runs on to communicate.
Four disciplines that fit together — phones, PBX, the network underneath, and the cabling that carries it all.
VoIP Telecommunications
Modern business calling that keeps your numbers, cuts your costs, and travels with your team.
Move your business to modern internet-based calling without giving up the numbers your customers already know or the call quality your team depends on. Because we run our own carrier-grade voice infrastructure, you work with one accountable provider end to end — not a reseller pointing somewhere else when something needs attention.
Lower cost, no phone closet
Internet-based voice typically runs well below the cost of traditional landlines, with no PBX hardware to buy and far less to maintain. Add or remove extensions as your team changes, and pay for what you actually use.
Work from anywhere
Softphone apps for desktop and mobile let every member of your team carry their extension wherever there is an internet connection — office, home, or on the road — with the same auto-attendants, queues, and voicemail they rely on at their desk.
Built to keep ringing
We design number porting, intelligent call routing, and failover so a single outage will not take your phones down with it, and we configure E911 in line with Kari's Law and RAY BAUM'S Act so emergency calls reach the right place with the right location.
One partner for voice, network, and cabling. Your phones ride on infrastructure we also design and support, so there is never a finger-pointing match between the phone company and the network company.

Cloud-hosted, on-premise, or hybrid — engineered for uptime and built to scale.
Choose the PBX model that matches how your business actually runs — fully cloud-hosted for zero on-site hardware, an on-premise system for local control and data ownership, or a hybrid that combines both. Whatever the model, we engineer for uptime first.
Cloud, on-premise, or hybrid
Cloud-hosted PBX deploys fast, updates automatically, and scales seat by seat with no equipment to maintain. An on-premise system keeps internal calling alive even during an internet outage and integrates deeply with on-site systems. A hybrid gives you on-site control with cloud-based redundancy and disaster recovery.
One system across every location
Multi-site organizations get a single, unified dial plan — short-extension dialing between offices, intercom and overhead paging, and consistent call handling no matter which location a customer reaches.
Redundancy and failover, by design
We build in resilience with redundant SIP routes, secondary-internet and cellular failover, and carrier-level rerouting, so inbound calls keep flowing through a disruption instead of hitting a busy signal.
Scoped to fit, not upsold. We assess your sites, IT resources, and continuity needs and recommend the right model — including hybrid — rather than forcing one approach.

Fast, segmented wireless and around-the-clock security, delivered as one managed service.
A phone system is only as dependable as the network beneath it. We design, secure, and watch the whole stack — wireless, switching, and perimeter security — as one managed service, so coverage and protection are planned together instead of bolted on after the fact.
Wireless that actually reaches
We start with a site survey to place access points for full coverage and no dead zones, then segment the network with VLANs that keep voice, business data, guests, and IoT devices apart. Visitors get a clean, branded captive-portal experience that never touches your internal systems.
Security in depth
Next-generation firewalls with deep-packet inspection guard the perimeter, intrusion detection and prevention (IDS/IPS) watch for and block suspicious activity, and managed VPNs keep remote and branch connections encrypted. We tune the rules so genuine threats stand out and false alarms do not bury your team.
Watched around the clock
24/7 monitoring with proactive alerts means problems are caught and addressed — often before your users notice — at a predictable monthly cost, without the expense of building an in-house security team. With the average data breach now costing millions, that continuous oversight pays for itself.

Certified copper and fiber — surveyed, installed, tested, and documented to standard.
Everything else — phones, WiFi, security, the whole network — rides on the physical layer. We install and certify structured cabling so that foundation is fast, reliable, and fully documented, not a mystery above the ceiling tiles.
Fiber and copper, done to standard
We install single-mode (OS2) and multi-mode (OM3/OM4) fiber for backbones and long runs, and Cat6, Cat6A, and Cat7 copper to the desk — terminated cleanly into racks and patch panels with proper bend radius and tidy cable management.
Tested, certified, and labeled
Every run is installed to ANSI/TIA-568, labeled and recorded to TIA-606, and 100% certification-tested with calibrated field testers. You receive the test results as proof of performance, so you know the cabling meets spec before anything goes live.
Mapped, not guessed
We begin with a site survey and finish with as-built documentation — a clear record of every run, drop, and termination that makes future moves, adds, and changes fast instead of frustrating.
Standards are not red tape — they are uptime. Clean, certified, well-labeled cabling is the cheapest insurance you can buy against slow networks and outages that are hard to trace.
